Replacement for Dell Shoulder Screws and Nuts

Our Shoulder Screws and Nuts are a replacement for the Dell hardware used to secure slide rail kits to server chassis. The threads of both of the Shoulder Screws and Nuts are 10-32 and screw length is 7/16" long. The shoulders of the hardware fall into notches along the length of the rails for quick and easy installation.

Tech Notes Dell packages the Shoulder Screws with the Rack Mount bezel which replaces the tower bezel. If you purchase a Tower to Rack Conversion Kit without the bezel, you will need the shoulder screws kit below. Without the shoulder screws you will not be able to attach the slide rails to the server chassis.

  • We have low international shipping rates. We also offer shipping from multiple regions.

Shipping Errors and Defective Products

Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or defective products must be in writing and received by RackSolutions within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and admission that they fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order.
